2. En la licuadora, moler los jitomates y colar, volver a molerlo con los tomates, la yerbabuena, el ajo, la cebolla y 1/2 chipotle y sazonar con sal.
3. En una olla mediana, hervir la mezcla con 1 1/2 taza de agua, cuando esté hirviendo, agregarla carne molida en forma de bolitas pequeñas (albóndigas), y deje hervir por media hora.
Sugerencia: servir en un plato hondo con arroz y si gusta con frijoles.
