| 2 Granny Smith Apples; Cored and Chopped in Small Matchsticks |
| 2 CupsCranberries; Fresh or dried |
| 1 CupMayonnaise |
| 1/4 CupApple Cider Vinegar |
| 2 tbspHoney; Optional |
Cranberry & Appple Coleslaw Preparation
METHOD
1 In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar and honey, if using.
2 Add the cabbage, carrots, apples and cranberries to the bowl and mix everything together.
