1 canPinto Beans; 15 ounces, rinsed drained
1 canchilli beans, spicy sauce; 15 ounces, undrained
1 canBlack beans; 15 ounces, rinsed drained
1 canDiced tomatoes; Mexican Style 14 ounces
1 Green pepper
1 Onion; Small
1/2 cupVegetable broth
1/4 cupmole
2 teaspoonsGround cumin
2 teaspoonsChili powder
2 teaspoonsGarlic; minced
2 teaspoonsCoriander sprigs; Ground

Three Bean Mole Chile Preparation

1. Combines beans, tomatoes with juice, bell pepper, onion, broth, mole paste, cumin, chili powder, garlice and coriander and mix well. Cover, cook on low 5-6 hours.

2. Place toppings in bowl and serve warm
