Three Bean Mole Chile
|1 canPinto Beans; 15 ounces, rinsed drained|
|1 canchilli beans, spicy sauce; 15 ounces, undrained|
|1 canBlack beans; 15 ounces, rinsed drained|
|1 canDiced tomatoes; Mexican Style 14 ounces|
|1 Green pepper|
|1 Onion; Small|
|1/2 cupVegetable broth|
|2 teaspoonsGround cumin|
|2 teaspoonsChili powder|
|2 teaspoonsGarlic; minced|
|2 teaspoonsCoriander sprigs; Ground|
Three Bean Mole Chile Preparation
1. Combines beans, tomatoes with juice, bell pepper, onion, broth, mole paste, cumin, chili powder, garlice and coriander and mix well. Cover, cook on low 5-6 hours.
2. Place toppings in bowl and serve warm
