Three Bean Mole Chile
Ingredients
Original recipe makes 4 Servings
| 1 canPinto Beans; 15 ounces, rinsed drained |
| 1 canchilli beans, spicy sauce; 15 ounces, undrained |
| 1 canBlack beans; 15 ounces, rinsed drained |
| 1 canDiced tomatoes; Mexican Style 14 ounces |
| 1 Green pepper |
| 1 Onion; Small |
| 1/2 cupVegetable broth |
| 1/4 cupmole |
| 2 teaspoonsGround cumin |
| 2 teaspoonsChili powder |
| 2 teaspoonsGarlic; minced |
| 2 teaspoonsCoriander sprigs; Ground |
Three Bean Mole Chile Preparation
1. Combines beans, tomatoes with juice, bell pepper, onion, broth, mole paste, cumin, chili powder, garlice and coriander and mix well. Cover, cook on low 5-6 hours.
2. Place toppings in bowl and serve warm
