1 lgGreen pepper; cubed
2 tbPeanut oil
1/4 cBrown sugar
1 cPineapple juice
1 mdOnion; sliced
2 tbCornstarch
1/4 cSalad vinegar*
1 tbSoy sauce
4 Boneless pork chops; thawed
1/2 tsSalt

Sweet-Sour Pork Chops Preparation

Preheat oven to 350?. Brown pork chops in oil. Place in baking dish. Combine all other ingredients except onion and green pepper in a saucepan and bring to boil. Cook for 2 minutes. Pour thickened sauce over pork chops and top with onion and green pepper. Bake covered for 1 1/2-2 hours until chops are tender. Serves 4. *Apple cider vinegar can be used.
