Original recipe makes 2 Servings
1/2 cupRice
1 1/3 cupWater
1 sprigFresh Coriander
1 1/2 Chile poblano; NO HAY EN INGREDIENTES
1 tablespoonOil
1 cloveFresh garlic, peeled

Arroz Verde Preparation

1. Dore el arroz en el aceite

2. Licue los chiles con el ajo y el cilantro, vierta en el arroz a freír perfectamente

3. Agregue el agua, tape y baje el fuego hasta que seque

Acompáñelo de queso fresco

Variantes: En lugar de agua se le puede agregar caldo de pollo.
