Low-Carb Lemon Yogurt
All those yogurts in the store are way too high in carbohydrates (sugar) for a good low-carber. Paula loves lemon yogurt, which is becoming harder and harder to find anyway. We came up with this recipe that blows away all the off-the-shelf yogurts out there. We use lemon juice powder to keep it from becoming runny.
Yield: 4 Servings Ready in 45 minutes

Low-Carb Lemon Yogurt Preparation
Mix all ingredients together until smooth. Portion into four containers. The yogurt will store for the same amount of time as shown on the original yogurt container(s).
