Original recipe makes 4 Servings
nonfat or lowfat
2 cSliced strawberries
undrained
8 ozCrushed pineapple in juice
2 tbSliced almonds (optional)
16 ozVanilla yogurt
fresh or frozen
1 cQuaker Oats, uncooked
(quick or oldfashioned)

Swiss Breakfast Parfait Preparation

In medium bowl, combine oats, yogurt, pineapple and almonds; mix well. Cover, refrigerate overnight or up to 4 days. To serve, layer oat mixture and strawberries in 4 parfait glasses. Garnish with additional strawberries, if desired. Serve chilled.
