Swiss Breakfast Parfait

| undrained |
| 8 ozCrushed pineapple in juice |
| 2 tbSliced almonds (optional) |
| 16 ozVanilla yogurt |
| fresh or frozen |
| 1 cQuaker Oats, uncooked |
| (quick or oldfashioned) |
Swiss Breakfast Parfait Preparation
In medium bowl, combine oats, yogurt, pineapple and almonds; mix well. Cover, refrigerate overnight or up to 4 days. To serve, layer oat mixture and strawberries in 4 parfait glasses. Garnish with additional strawberries, if desired. Serve chilled.
