1 1/2 cupsVegetable oil
3/4 cupSoy sauce
1/4 cupWorcestershire sauce
2 tablespoonsDry mustard
1 teaspoonGarlic Salt
1 tablespoonBlack pepper
1/2 cupWine vinegar; red or white, depending on preference
1/2 teaspoonParsley
1/3 cupLemon Juice
Anne's Meat Marinade Preparation
Combine all ingredients and mix well in sealable container. Add meat, seal, and refrigerate overnight. Can marinate for up to 72 hours. Shake or stir regularly to keep ingredients mixed. Recipe easily doubles, triples, etc...(this level works for about 2 to 2 1/2 pounds of meat).
Works best with top sirloin steaks (cut into about 1" cubes for fondue), or other good quality beef (trim excess fat). Also works very well with boneless turkey breasts cut into cubes (ends up similar to fried turkey at Thanksgiving).
Cooking options include peanut oil fondue, an outdoor grill (for full size steaks), or George Foreman grill (for the small pieces again).
Notes
Don't overcook the meat! Well done in this case just sucks all the juicy marinade out, so don't turn your steak into charcoal.
