Swiss Steak for the Crock-Pot Preparation
Pound flour into steak. Cut into serving size pieces (I cut into very small pieces sometimes). Brown in skillet. Put in crock-pot and add remaining ingredients. Cover. Cook 4 to 6 hours on high or 10 to 12 hours on low. Serve with cooked rice or noodles. Serves 4 to 6. Posted to recipelu-digest Volume 01 Number 265 by "Diane Geary"
