Low Carb, low fat and delicious!
1. Oil a small non-stick baking sheet
2. Grind up French Fried Onions in food processor
3. Pat filets dry with paper towel and place on the baking sheet
4. Salt and pepper filets to taste.
5. Spread Ranch Dressing on top of each filet
6. Sprinkle crushed French Fried Onions on top of each filet
7. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on each filet
Bake at 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until internal filet temp reaches 145 degrees.
