Simple Scones Preparation
Sift together first five ingredients in a bowl. Grate butter into mixture and combine with fingers to resemble cornmeal. In a separate bowl beat sour cream and egg until blended. Combine in bowl to make a sticky ball. Pat on dry surface to 8" round. Dust with 1 t. sugar and cut into 8 wedges. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-17 minutes or until golden brown.
May add things to make it yummier!
