Original recipe makes 4 Servings
1 cChopped Tomatoes
2 tbLemon juice
Feta cheese; crumbled
1 cBlack beans; rinsed/drained
1/4 cChopped fresh basil
1 tbExtra-Virgin Olive Oil
5 1/4 ozPkg Taboule Wheat Salad Mix;
1 cCarrots; shredded

Taboule Primavera Preparation

Prepare taboule as directed on package; cover. Refrigeratoe 30 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients, except cheese, cover. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Serve on a bed of lettuce. Sprinkle with cheese. Makes 4 servins. Prep Time: 10 minutes, Refrigerate: 2 1/2 hours.
