 "I was ready to mix the meat & seasoning together BEHOLD!!!! I had no seasoning mix. Found this recipe and started dumping. I didn't have coriander, cilantro, instant tea, dry mustard or tumeric but I did have small sauce packets from TacoBell so I added 2 packs to 1 lbs.&1/2 lbs. of meat. OMG!!! Original recipe makes 1
1/4 tsOnion salt
1 tsSugar
1 tsDry mustard
1 tsGround tumeric
1/2 tsCoriander; ground
1 tsInstant tea powder
1/2 tsCilantro leaves
1/2 tsDry parsley; minced
COMBINE WITH
1/2 tsBlack pepper
1 1/2 tsCumin
1 tbChili powder
1/4 tsGarlic salt
1 tbPaprika
1 tbSeasoned salt

Taco Bell Meat Seasoning Preparation

Combine first group of ingredients and sift together 3 times. Funnel into bottle with tight fitting cap. Keep out of direct sunlight and use within 6 mos, or refrigerate to use in one year. Makes 3T of seasoning. For taco seasoning, use 2T of last group of ingredients added to the 3T of above seasoning mixture for 1-1 1/2 pounds ground beef. I was ready to mix the meat & seasoning together BEHOLD!!!! I had no seasoning mix. Found this recipe and started dumping.
