Place garlic into TM bowl and chop for 5 seconds on speed 9
Scrape down sides with spatula
Insert butterfly
Place egg yolk salt & pepper, mustard and lemon juice into TM bowl
Mix for 1 minute on speed 4
With blades rotating on speed 4 and MC in place, slowly drizzle the oil onto the lid (NOTE the blades must be spinning before you begin pouring the oil)
Add oil at a steady pace - not too quickly or slowly
Take 4-6 minutes to add oil
Once thickened you can add egg white (optional)
Mix for 10 seconds speed 4
