Vegaterian noodles with goat cheese sauce. Very nutritional and tasty
Zuchini noodles:
Peal of skin then use a peeler and peel strips if zuchini until you hit the seeds. Put noodles in collandar and pour salt over them and let them drain for 4 to 12 hours. The rinse off and pat dry with paper towel and use as noodles. Toss in warm sauce
Sauce:
Sauté peppers mushrooms garlic and splash with vinage. Then add goat cheese and take off stove. Add to noodles ad serve
