Equipment needed: food processor with S-blade
Place dates in your food processor and process until a paste consistency. Scrape the sides down if needed, then add the almond butter to the dates and process until well blended. Add the shredded coconut and process. Adjust ingredients to your liking.
Roll into bit-sized balls (or press into a pan to make “bars” if you’re short on time). Place on a tray and freeze. Keep frozen until ready to use. We prefer these right out of the freezer when everything tastes crunchy!
