Key lime pie recipe using Nellie & Joes juice.
Combine egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice in bowl and beat til smooth. Pou into pie shell, beat egg whites until stiff gradually adding sugar. Spread over pie. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 18-20 minutes
Cool completely before putting in refrigerator.
Nellie & Joes is the best Key Lime Juice. You can try 3 1/2 oz of juice if too tart.
