Suggest a better descriptionCut 2 large lemons into 8 chunks including the skins and put in blender. Add 1 1/2 cups superfine sugar, 1/2 stick of butter, 1 tsp vanilla and 4 eggs and whirl it like crazy! Pour into tart crust. Bake 350 for 40 minutes and refrigerate.
