This was a cinch to make and seriously delicious.
"I loved this recipe! I bought a pork loin roast that was slightly over 6lbs. from Costco, so I tripled the recipe. I made this for a family get together and it was so nice to get a delicious dinner out of the crock pot instead of monitoring it on the stove! I made the recipe as is, just multiplied. It went really well with my roasted root vegetable medley and kale salad. I will definitely make this again. PS, the left overs were even better!"- Djw302

wendybasso 3 months agoI found there was too much water after cooking in the crockpot, I would finish it in the oven to get it to look like the picture. The sauce was excellent!

LMBarnes 3 months agoThis recipe is definitely all about the glaze/sauce. My husband and I are generally not fans of pot roast (which this basically is), but with the sauce it is pretty tasty. I'm not sure I would make this exact recipe again, but I may make the glaze with some cut up chicken and serve it with fried rice or over pasta.

Msljeff 7 months agoI had this recipe saved for some time and kept putting off making it. I finally made this last night and it was great! This was very easy and satisfying. The only change I made was omitting the sage, but otherwise followed the recipe. The glaze was delicious and actually made the dish. Thanks for posting.
