This is 100 percent yummy! This is my dog's secret recipe!
1 lightly coat the beef with flour
2 Pour the olive oil into a pan
3 Put the seasoned beef into the pan
4 fry for a minute
5 Stir in the carrots
6 Pour in the stock!
7. put in the WHOLE onion into the pan!
8. Put in a casserole dish and cook for an hour at 150F
9. let it cool
10. take out the onion- it was there JUST for flavoring.
11. ENJOY!
Don't peel the onion please!
