| 15 gcooking oil |
| 150g chicken thigh fillet cut into strips (o |
| 1 can420g creamed corn |
| 2 heaped tspnCornflour dissolved in water |
| 1 tspchicken stock or veg stock |
| 1 egg; Mixed with a fork |
| 500 gboiled water |
| 2 Shallots finely chopped |
| 1cm Fresh ginger finely chopped |
CREAMY CHICKEN & SWEET CORN SOUP - THERMOMIX Preparation
place garlic and ginger in TM bowl and chop it for 5 sec on speed 6 then scrape down
add oil and saute for 2 mins at 100oC on speed 1
Add sweet corn and blend for 5 seconds on speed 4
add chicken and cook for 2 mins at 100oC
Add stock and water, cook for 4 mins at 100oC on speed 1
set 1 more minute at 100 degree speed 1, slowly add cornflour mix through opening
Set time for 1 more minute, Drizzle egg into bowl through the lid while cooking
Serve with chopped shallots
