Recipe          
Original recipe makes 1 Serving
1-2 clovesgarlic
15 gcooking oil
150g chicken thigh fillet cut into strips (o
1 can420g creamed corn
2 heaped tspnCornflour dissolved in water
1 tspchicken stock or veg stock
1 egg; Mixed with a fork
500 gboiled water
2 Shallots finely chopped
1cm Fresh ginger finely chopped

CREAMY CHICKEN & SWEET CORN SOUP - THERMOMIX Preparation

place garlic and ginger in TM bowl and chop it for 5 sec on speed 6 then scrape down

add oil and saute for 2 mins at 100oC on speed 1

Add sweet corn and blend for 5 seconds on speed 4

add chicken and cook for 2 mins at 100oC

Add stock and water, cook for 4 mins at 100oC on speed 1

set 1 more minute at 100 degree speed 1, slowly add cornflour mix through opening

Set time for 1 more minute, Drizzle egg into bowl through the lid while cooking

Serve with chopped shallots
