Original recipe makes 4 Servings
1 cuptomato grape or cherry; cut into quartes
1 cupyellow squash; diced
12 piecesgreen beans; trimmed and cut to 1''
1 cupred onion; thinly sliced
1/4 cupblack olives; chopped
1 tablespoonevoo
1 teaspooncapers
1/2 teaspoonsalt
1/2 teaspoonpepper
1 dashcooking spray
1 poundtalapia; 4 pieces

preheat oven to 450

Lay 2 pieces of 20" foil on top of each other . Coat top piece with cooking spray.

Add together everything except fish . Mix well. In center of the foil place a piece of fish then 1/4 of the vegetables mixture. fold up sides and cook directly on rack. bake in oven for 20 minutes; be careful removing from oven and when you open packs. steam will escape when opened
