| 1 Clovegarlic; minced |
| 2 tbWorcestershire Sauce |
| 1/4 tsBlack pepper |
| 1 1/2 lbBoneless chuck steak |
| 1 tbBrown sugar |
| 1/2 cCatsup |
| 1 tsprepared mustard; or dry |
| 1/4 cWine vinegar |
| 1 tsPaprika |
| 1 tsSalt |
Barbeque Chuck Steak Preparation
Cut the beef on a diagonal, across the grain into slices 1 inch wide. Add to the crockpot. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Pour over the meat, and mix.
