Wonderfully simple and delicious pizza for any season. Robust flavors, cheap, healthy and super easy for a novice chef
Preheat oven to 400(F). Peel garlic bulb. Put cloves of garlic in tin foil bomb with olive oil in oven for 20 min (do this first while prepping cooking everything else. Grill chicken breast(s). While garlic is in oven and chicken grilling, dress pizza. Spread pizza sauce on ready made crust using a spoon. Add oregano and basil to liking. Add feta cheese. Press out excess water from thawed spinach using paper towels. Spread spinach evenly over pizza & sauce. Add chopped basil. When done grilling chicken, shred or chop and add to pizza. Place pizza into preheated oven on baking stone or pan for 6-8 minutes (cook to pizza crust directions). Remove pizza and garlic bulb bomb from oven. Distribute bulbs over pizza as desired. (garlic bulbs are completely optional but really make the pizza).
Add crushed red pepper or Parmesan to your tastes.
