On bottom of lightly greased 8 inch square baking pan, arrange sliced pears. Combine 2 tbsp flour and half the cinnamon. Sprinkle over pears. To make topping, combine 3/4 cup flour, remaining cinnamon, sugar and salt. Cut in butter until crumbly. Add nuts to topping mixture. Spoon over pears. Betsykeysfarrell 1 year agoThe slightly nutty flavour and cinnamon went well with the pears. I used wheat free flour and a bit of oat flakes. A delicious and healthy dessert!
AlexPK 2 years agoDelicious! I substituted with gluten free flour and agave syrup. Also added a little almond meal with the chopped almonds for more almond flavor. Perfect over plain yogurt for breakfast.
