1 1/2 Papaya
1/2 Banana
1 low fat plain yogurt
2 tablespoons Instant Oatmeal
1 Cup Skim milk

Original recipe makes 1 Servings

Preparation

1. Add the fruit

2. Add the oatmeal

3. Add the milk

4. Add the yogurt

5. Add the milk

And blend all for at least 1 minute
