| 1 canCream of chicken soup |
| 1 1/4 cupMilk |
| 3/4 cupParmesan cheese; grated |
| 2 tablespoonsDry sherry; (optional) |
| 1 teaspoonOnion powder |
| 3 cupsChicken; cooked, cubed |
| 1 canMushrooms; sliced, drained |
| 1/2 poundSpaghetti; cook as directed |
| 1/3 cupDry bread crumbs |
| 2 tablespoonsButter; melted |
Chicken Tettrazini Casserole Preparation
Stir the soup, milk, Parmesan cheese, sherry (if desired) and onion powder in a large bowl.
Add the chicken, mushrooms and spaghetti and toss to coat.
Spoon chicken mixture into a 3 quart shallow baking dish.
Stir the bread crumbs and butter in a small bowl with a fork, and sprinkle the bread crumb mixture over the chicken mixture.
Bake at 400 for 25 minutes or until the mixture is hot and bubbling.
