Levels. -- 1-2-and 3
Level -1 - 6 ounces chicken , 2 cups of lettuce.
Level -2 - 9 ounces chicken. 3 cups of lettuce .
Level -3 - 12 ounces chicken. 4 cups of lettuce
1- Cook chicken breast as desired and slice across the grain
2- In a large bowl toss the lettuce with 2 tablespoons of Caesar dressing . Top with chicken Parmesan chesse , and croutons
Note : level 2 takes 3 tablespoons of dressing , and level 3. Takes 4 tablespoons of dressing
