| 1 teaspoongarlic; minced |
| 1/8 cupwhite wine |
| 1 Tworcestershire sauce |
| 2 1/2 cupsbeef broth |
| 1 teaspoonflour |
Au Jus Preparation
caramelize onion, add garlic cook a minute or two. Deglaze with wine. Add worcestershire, cook for min, stirring constantly. Add beef broth and bring to low boil. reduce heat and simmer 30 min. Strain broth, return to pot. add flour and simmer 5 min.
