Pan De Elote
Original recipe makes 4 Servings
| 5 pzaElote; desgranado |
| 1/2 kgAzúcar |
| 1/4 kgMantequilla; a temperatura ambiente |
| 30 grPolvo para hornear; (Royal) |
| 7 pzaHuevo |
| 1/2 ltLeche |
| 1 1/2 cdaVainilla |
| 1/2 kgHarina de trigo; cernida |
Pan De Elote Preparation
Se bate la mantequilla con el azúcar hasta que esté cremosa.
Se le van poniendo uno por uno los huevos batiendo constantemente.
En la leche se licúan los granos de elote, se va poniendo alternadamente, la leche con la harina cernida con el polvo de hornear y la vainilla, se revuelve bien y se pone en un molde engrasado a 180 °C, por espacio de ½ hora.
