My version of a favorite.
In saucepan, fry onion, garlic, ginger in olive oil until onion is soft.
Add pumpkin, nutmeg, salt & pepper, cloves and cover with stock.
Cook for approximately 20 minutes, or until pumpkin is soft.
Remove cloves.
Blend until smooth or use a masher for a chunkier texture.
Serve with a generous dollop of cream and parsley.
