The zest and juice from an orange adds just a hint of orange to this sweet/spicy chicken served over steamed broccoli.
Mix the brown sugar, honey, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, ginger, cayenne pepper, and zest and juice from the orange in a small bowl.
Steam the broccoli florets until tender.
Coat the chicken pieces in the flour. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken. Stir and cook until lightly browned. Pour the sauce over the chicken and simmer until the sauce thickens, about 10 minutes.
Serve rice onto plates. Put steamed broccoli on top and then scoop chicken sauce mixture over broccoli to coat with sauce.
