| olive oil spray (I used my Misto) |
| 2 garlic cloves; minced |
| 3 tbspchipotle chile in adobo sauce |
| 1-1/2 cupstomato sauce |
| 1/2 tspchipotle chili powder |
| 1/2 tspground cumin |
| 2/3 cupchicken broth |
| Salt and pepper to taste |
Homemade Enchilada Sauce Preparation
1. In a medium saucepan, spray oil and sauté garlic.
2. Add chipotle chiles, chili powder, cumin, chicken broth, tomato sauce, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil.
3. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
