I love croutons, but I won't always want to buy them. I'm an organic food addict. So, here it is. Simple & Easy.
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (about 10 min).
2. Cut the bread in small pieces.
3. Put it in a tray. Add Olive Oil, Salt & Pepper and mix good (the bread with all ingredients) but without breaking the bread.
4. Bake for 12 minutes. Once at 5 minutes, shuffle the bread.
Do not over bake. The bred will burn.
Use french bread(ideal 1-2 days old). Keep in mind that are a great chips supplier, so you/your kid will have a healthy snack :)
Ideal with soups, cheese, tomatoes or blanc. Something crunchy is always good :)
