| 3 Egg yolks |
| 4 ozButter; softened |
| 1 tsVanilla |
| 1/4 cPowdered sugar |
Basic Uncooked Buttercreme Frosting Preparation
Put first 3 ingredients in electric blender and blend until well mixed. Add softened butter a little at a time to blend. Then blend in the firm butter a little at a time until creamy and thick. Variations: BEFORE ADDING BUTTER add 1 square melted and cooled unsweetened chocolate or 1 teaspoon instant coffee. or both.
