"Okonomiyaki is a Japanese-style pancake or pizza. Okonomi means "favorites" in Japanese— you add your favorite ingredients in okonomiyaki. It usually includes chopped cabbage but can include a variety of toppings like thinly sliced pork, red ginger, soba noodles, corn, green onion, squid, shrimp, sprouts, and much more. "
Mix the protein, cabbage, carrots, green onions, green beans, and zucchini. In a another bowl, beat the eggs. Add the flour, stock and soy sauce. Pour this batter over the vegetable mixture and stir well.
Mix vegetable oil and sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat. Pour the mixture pancake-style into the skillet, 1/4 cup at a time. Cook until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes. Flip and continue cooking until golden on the other side.
