Great recipe! The spices in this are amazing. I used half coconut milk with half coconut cream to make it extra thick..

I followed this recipe to the letter except instead of serving over rice, I fried half a head of shredded cabbage and about 3 cups of bean sprouts in one tablespoon sesame oil. The flavors were awesome! Nothing overpowering but a wonderful blend of savory spices that tickles your taste buds. Bonus, the house smelled so good! Just wonderful! This is going into my favorites and will probably become a regular dish.

Very nice.

Very good. Find out strange that a coconut curry had no curry in it... but I would eat again. I added curry powder to it anyways when I made it and it was delicious. (Coming from someone that isn't a big fan of ethnic food usually)

I made this tonight and loved it. I read the reviews beforehand saying to bland, added more spice, read it needed more sauce so I used another 4oz and heaps of sauce. Yes I used more chicken to but not 1 ingredient overpowered another. Great meal

Should have read the reviews first, the seasoning on the chicken was lovely but the sauce was so bland

It was ok, the coconut milk could have been sweeter and more spice for sure. It was all in all very bland as the recipe called to make it.

I thought it was a bit average. Needed a bit more seasoning but was ok. Will make it again with adjustments

it tastes great, spice it up a bit more if you prefer..
