I made this the other night & loved it. It needed some more spices, could do with more sauce too. I will be making it again.

Def easy to make. I upped the coconut milk based on other reviews I like lots of sauce. I found all of the spices with no problem. Had to make a speical trip to trader joe's for the coconut milk local stores didn't carry it. I wasn't too impressed with it my hubby ate it but then again he'll eat anything. This is not going to be a regular in my house may make it once a year...maybe

I found it very bland, but I will try again next time adding more spices to the dish. I also added one diced potato to mine as I like potatoes in my curry.

Coconut sauce is a nice foil to the spice on the chicken. However found I needed to cook my chicken longer than what was listed on recipe to get rid of pink centers

I don't even know what some of those spices are but still found the dish to be quit good, better the next day.

This is a really quick and rewarding meal. Not very hot so I added another 2 spoons of mild curry to taste and that was just right! Will definitely make it again.

This dish is a definite keeper. Besides the heavy hand I had while putting in the chili powder this dish was a hit with my family.

This dish was easy to make and delicious. I love that you make your own curry powder, because you can alter things as needed. Definitely making this one again.

Love it and so simple to make

Loved it, though it wasn't very "saucy" ... Next time i might add a wee bit more coconut milk and see how it turns out.

I loved this recipe. My nephew got cream of coconut instead of coconut milk so this was a little sweet however, it was good with just a little bit of heat too it. I wouldn't mind keeping the sweet and adding more heat. I also think that it would be great over Quinoa if you didn't want rice.

This dish was absolutely amazing. I made it last night and we absolutely adored it. I added a bit of five spice and that just finished the dish but I would LOVE to have it again! Great recipie!

There are a lot of ingredients in this dish! I didn't have the cumin or jalepeno pepper, but it was delicious anyway. My kids are fairly picky eaters and they loved it!

This lacked the heat that I look for in this is kind of dish. I suppose it is a welcome compromise for those who like these "Indian" flavors, but don't prefer much heat. The meat was very tender. If I were to make it again, I would tweak it to add some heat.

This was such a yummy dish. The sauce was creamy and the chicken was so tender. I will definitely be making this again.

this dish was exellent i served it with saffron rice next time i will try it with jasmine rice i liked the idea of using individual spices as opposed to using a pre-made curry powder so as to adjust the amount of spice to my own taste yum!!!

I used GARAM MASALA instead of all the first spices starting with "c". It has them all in it. I also used whipping cream instead of milk. Everyone raved over this dish! It was easy. I served over Basmati rice with a salad. What a dinner for 12!
