Very simple to make and quick for those busy nights.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 2 quart dish. Arrange potatoes in the bottom of the dish and top with onions. Spread corn and then tomatoes over the onions. Arrange cooked sausage over the top and cover. Cook for approximately 1 hour or until potatoes are tender. Sprinkle cheese over the top and put back in the over for approximately five minutes or until the cheese is melted then serve.
