Tapioca - artificial sugar - no yolk Preparation
Whisk egg whites together with tapioca, artificial sugar, and milk. Let sit for 10 to 30 minutes. Over med heat bring to boil. Remove from heat and add dash of salt and vanilla.
Pudding will thicken as it sits.
Chocolate tapioca: add 1/2 (or a little more) dark chocolate chips to cooked pudding.
