Sofrito (puerto rican style) Preparation
Seed and chop bell peppers, chop tomatoes, quarter onions, peel garlic. Put all ingredients in a food processor and pulse till Sofrito is thick but not over pulsed. I put mine in ice cube trays and use it when needed.
