2 tbButter; or margarine
1/4 tsGround cardamom
1 tbSugar
1/2 tsSalt
1/2 tsGround red pepper
1/2 tsBlack Pepper; ground

Sweet and Spicy Rub Preparation

From: "steven.h.bergstein" Date: 19 Jul 96 11:11:22 Recipe By: Better Homes & Gardens, July 1996 In a small saucepan, melt the butter. Stir in all ingredients EXCEPT sugar.
