Shrimp and grits with bacon
cook bacon until desired crispiness. remove from pan. add shrimp to bacon grease and cook until pink.
Bring 3 cups of water to boil, once boiling slowly whisk in grits. add butter, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper to taste. Reduce heat and stir until thickened, approx. 5 min.
Combine and serve.
