These are very spicy so use less cajun seasoning if you don't want it as spicy.

Original recipe makes 4 Servings
3/4 poundChicken breasts boneless and skinless; uncooked
4 mediumFlour tortillas; fat-free
1 tablespoonAll purpose flour
1/2 smallRed onion; thinly sliced
1 teaspoonPaprika
2 cupsMixed greens
1 tablespoonCajun Seasoning
1/2 teaspoonCajun Seasoning
8 mediumBasil; leaves
1 1/2 teaspoonFresh lemon juice
4 teaspoonsfat-free mayonnaise
1 smalltomato; cut into strips
Salt and pepper to taste

Cajun Chicken Wrap Preparation

Mix the 1 tablespoons of Cajun Seasoning, paprika, and flour. Season chicken with salt and pepper and coat with seasoning mixture.

Spray a large, nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Over medium-high heat, add chicken to pan and saute until cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.

In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice and 1/2 teaspoon cajun seasoning fr the dressing.

On each tortilla, spread 1 teaspoon dressing, add greens, onion slices, two basil leaves and some slices of tomato. Top with chicken pieces and wrap.
