Cajun Chicken Wrap

These are very spicy so use less cajun seasoning if you don't want it as spicy.

| 4 mediumFlour tortillas; fat-free |
| 1 tablespoonAll purpose flour |
| 1/2 smallRed onion; thinly sliced |
| 1 teaspoonPaprika |
| 2 cupsMixed greens |
| 1 tablespoonCajun Seasoning |
| 1/2 teaspoonCajun Seasoning |
| 8 mediumBasil; leaves |
| 1 1/2 teaspoonFresh lemon juice |
| 4 teaspoonsfat-free mayonnaise |
| 1 smalltomato; cut into strips |
| Salt and pepper to taste |
Cajun Chicken Wrap Preparation
Mix the 1 tablespoons of Cajun Seasoning, paprika, and flour. Season chicken with salt and pepper and coat with seasoning mixture.
Spray a large, nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Over medium-high heat, add chicken to pan and saute until cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.
In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice and 1/2 teaspoon cajun seasoning fr the dressing.
On each tortilla, spread 1 teaspoon dressing, add greens, onion slices, two basil leaves and some slices of tomato. Top with chicken pieces and wrap.
