"I've tried several dozen different bread recipes trying to find the perfect one and they all failed me until this one. This is the best recipe ever. Its light and fluffy and extremely easy to make, it only took about 10 minutes to make the batter and rising time was cut in half compared to most recipes, awesome. I can honestly say this is the best bread I've ever had. The flavor is so good. Finally my search is over, this is the perfect one!!!"

This is the BEST raised bread recipe I've used. I had to change it a tiny bit. Added about 3/4 cup wheat bran. I got started and discovered I had no sugar. Used same amount of brown sugar. Perfect! It made 2 loaves and a dozen rolls

I made it for the first time and it came out great! My brothers loved it! They want me to make it again and very soon. Definately going to make my own bread from now on :D

Came out well, may cut back on the yeast just a tad, but i liked it because it gave it a consistency like yeast bread. Slices had to be cut a bit thick since it was so soft and homemade. Used a bread knife to cut it and it came out texas-toast thick. Definitely recommend it and will be making my own bread now! :)

Very easy to make. The second time I made it I used 1.5 packages of yeast and used a little more sugar. Good both ways. Nice post!

Amazing! A little garlic butter as a baste and a spread and the loaves didn't last more than 15 minutes. My neighbor even came to ask what lovely smell was, so we were happy to share!

Very simple recipe to make! Made 2 large loaves. However, I wonder if it needed 2 pkgs of yeast as it seemed to be very predominant in the overall taste.

really like how simple it was to put together, i am wondering if i didn't follow something in the resting process tho, the top of the loaf crumbles when i slice the loaf and my slices are not whole, anyone with a clue? Iwill keep it and try again, simple basic ingredients and easy reciepe im sure it will be good with practice. made french toast with it, mmmm good anyway.

OK, I mixed it up, and thought I did something wrong, but it turned out wonderful! I thought 1 TBS of salt seemed like a lot, so I cut it back to 2 tsp, but could have used the full amount--my loaf turned out just a slight bit bland without the extra tsp. I was also worried that it wouldn't bake up very pretty--the batter doesn't allow you to form the bread into a nicely shaped loaf, but it turned out fine. Will def. use this recipe more often!

This was great bread simple, but tasty. My family finished of a loaf after 10 mins of it coming out the oven. I will definetly make this again.

Very easy to make, not overly sweet. I use it as I would store bought bread except it actually tastes good! Makes great sandwiches, toast and grilled sandwiches.
