| 2 tsGround pepper |
| 2 tbLiquid smoke |
| 1 tsGarlic salt; 1 tsp. onion |
| 2 tsWorcestershire |
| 1 cBarbecue sauce |
| 3 lbBeef Brisket; (up to 4) |
Bbq Beef Brisket Preparation
Preparation : Cover both sides of brisket with Liquid Smoke, garlic, onion, celery seed and Worcestershire sauce. Wrap in foil and place in crock pot. Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
