Eggplant lasagna
Preheat oven to 350 Baking Time: 45 minutes
1) BROIL eggplant with olive oil and salt and pepper
2) BOIL lasgana noodles
3) Next: MIX ricotta cheese with egg and basil and set aside
Layer lasagna:
-sauce
-lasagna
-ricotta mixture
-eggplant
-mozarella
REPEAT
To make meat lasagna:
SAUTE onions and ground turkey or ground beef and mix in spaghetti sauce (keep thick)
Set aside
BOIL lasagna noodles
Mix ricotta cheese with spices (oregano, basil) and set aside
Layer:
-spaghetti sauce reserve
-lasagna
-meat sauce
-ricotta cheese
-mozarella
REPEAT starting with noodles
Cheese is ON TOP
