Hot chicken sandwich spread.
1. Take 5-6 Chicken Breasts, boil in water 15 minutes or so, then cut into cubes, or shred them with a fork.
2. Mix Chicken with mayonnaise, celery, onion, cream of chicken, american cheese.
STOVETOP: Heat in a sauce pan until cheese is melted.
MICROWAVE: Heat in microwavable bowl until cheese is melted.
CROCKPOT: Cover, cook on low 4-5 hours.
You can take out and heat as much at a time as you need for hot sandwiches. Use in a week's time.
Serves A LOT!
