A one dish breakfast casserole that the hunting boys love in the fall!
Cook sausage in a large skillet over medium heat until no pink can be found. Drain well.
Prepare hashbrowns according to package directions.
Stir together hash browns, sausage, cheese. Pour into a 13 X 9 inch aluminum pan sprayed lightly with cooking spray.
Whisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour evenly over potato mixture.
Top with the package of pre-cooked bacon, crumbled.
Bake covered at 350(F) degrees for 30 minutes.
Uncover and cook for 5 to 10 more minutes.
You can add jalapenos, apples or green chilis.
