Original recipe makes 1
2 Eggs
2 cFlour
1 tsCinnamon
1/2 tsSalt
1 tsBaking soda
1 cUnsweetened apple sauce
3/4 cCooking oil
2 cRaisins
10 pk; Sweet and Low

Sugar-Free Cookies Preparation

Cook raisins in water until almost dry. Add rest of the ingredients. Drop by spoonfuls on cookie sheet and bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. For cake, bake in long pan, greased and floured. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Randy Rigg

This is a great recipe for diabetics. I have used it several times adding my own variations. I found that using 1/4 cup of splenda and using 1/2 cup of oil instead of 3/4 cup make it more like cookie dough.
