1 lbMixed cooked meats (beef;
1/2 gaBeef stock
2 lgCarrots; diced
1/2 cYellow corn
1 Celery; diced
1/4 cLima beans
1 lgPotato; diced
2 tsGarlic; minced
1 cTomatoes; diced
1 lgOnion; diced
1 smGreen bell pepper; diced
1/4 cPeas
1 ozWorcestershire Sauce
1/2 cOkra
1/2 gaChicken Stock
salt and pepper; to taste

Beaumont Inn Burgoo Preparation

Recipe by: Beaumont Inn Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours, skimming the top as needed. Note: Many regional versions of this soup are thick enough to stand your spoon in. I developed this recipe to be a lighter first course soup.
